This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and TinyByte Labs LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of Social Prank mobile application (“App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Description of Service

Social Prank is a tool that allows users to create fake social media content and is intended for entertainment purposes only.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Social Prank responsibly and for the purpose of light-hearted pranks with friends and family only. 3.2 TinyByte Labs LTD is not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, illegal activities, or community disruptions caused by the fake posts created or shared by users. Users are solely responsible for the content they create and share using Social Prank. 3.3 You agree not to use Social Prank to harass, abuse, defame, threaten or defraud other users, or collect, or attempt to collect, personal information from others. 3.4 You agree not to use the App to post or promote anything that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, inappropriate, or infringing any copyright or intellectual property rights.

Privacy

TinyByte Labs LTD respects the privacy of its users. Please refer to the company’s Privacy Policy for information on how the company collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information.

Subscription

Our services are provided through a subscription model. We do not serve ads. Cancellations of subscriptions must be handled by respective platforms i.e., Google or Apple. Please refer to their respective policies and procedures.
